CBRE appointed Incentive QAS to oversee cleaning services within a 65-strong property portfolio that includes commercial office buildings, business parks, retail outlets and mixed-use commercial spaces. Incentive QAS will be delivering daily cleaning and housekeeping, washroom hygiene, pest control, window and periodic cleaning throughout the portfolio.
We were the successful service provider of choice after a very competitive tender process that required multiple demonstrations of our strengths, both in the form of proposals and site visits to existing clients. This process took nearly 12 months as CBRE needed to be sure they were engaging with a company that could fulfil their objectives, deliver their values and be flexible and capable enough to cope with the demands of a constantly changing portfolio.
Incentive QAS recruited a dedicated contract management team to provide the level of support that a contract of this scale requires. We also recruited a dedicated helpdesk coordinator as an additional resource to manage Elogbooks, the client’s own management information portal, ensuring KPI targets are met and driving compliance in training and health and safety.
Successfully mobilising 65 sites during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown brought with it its own challenges, all of which were met with a positive and proactive approach by the team involved. Such challenges included the transfer of staff on furlough, implementing COVID-19 regulations on-site, additional training and COVID-19 sanitisation prior to buildings re-opening or transferring to us. All of these tasks were completed successfully, in a timely manner and as a result, the client is extremely happy with our service.
