As Director of HR, Laura is responsible for the overall HR strategy, guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, implementing and reviewing policies and programs for the Group through the HR Team. Leading the organisations HR functions including Learning and Development, Administration, HR Advice and Payroll she reports directly to the Board assisting and advising on people matters , contributing to long term goals of the Group and individual operating businesses.
With a background in Financial Services Laura entered the Facilities sector in 2007 initially in the capacity of Quality & Training Director for QAS Ltd and joined Incentive through acquisition. She has extensive experience of managing TUPE transfer, acquisition and integration and dealing with ER issues. Laura has restructured the HR function to ensure it is strategically and operationally aligned with the Group’s vision and objectives and together with her team, promotes a culture to provide a positive employee experience and opportunity for all.
