Laura Phillips

Laura joined the group in 2009 when QAS was acquired. Laura is responsible for our HR, Admin, and Payroll areas. She looked after the very same areas for QAS Ltd in the past and now has a larger team based at our Ware office where these services are coordinated from.

Laura was originally a Financial Advisor and one of her clients, our co-director Steve Wright, persuaded her to join him and Laura became Chief Executive of QAS in 2007 after holding the position of Quality & Training Director. Her firm but friendly structures and disciplines that she is so well known for are a great asset to our business.

Laura is currently Group HR Director.
