Incentive Tech Fire & Security Systems was formed in January 2018, following the acquisition of the WES group by Incentive FM Group.  The WES Group is a well-established family-run business that has traded for over 35 years providing a first-class reliable service in all fields of Fire and Security.

Incentive Tec, part of the Incentive FM Group is a well-established family-run business that has traded for over 32 years providing a first class reliable service in all fields of electrical and mechanical contracting.

As members of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC) all of our work is carried out to the standard of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE Seventeenth Edition). We are therefore able to certify all work carried out by Incentive Tec Fire & Security.

With effect from 1st June 2017 the Incentive FM Group announced the launch of Incentive Tec. The creation of this brand follows the recent acquisitions by Incentive FM Group of two building services M&E companies: ‘Comserve’ and ‘ACE’, and their successful integration into the group structure.

The seamless integration of the two technical businesses during 2016 has only been possible thanks to the cooperation and dedication of employees within Comserve and ACE. This has been made easy by both businesses sharing a common philosophy that is centred on delivering a consistent and quality service. Our focus, as always, is full compliance with all regulatory requirements and service targets, in a manner that yields the strongest possible customer experience.

The combined business will continue to operate from our two strategic offices in Kings Langley and Derby, with all operational and office-based teams unaffected.

The company currently employs more than 160 multi-disciplined engineers operating on a 24/7, 365 basis. Providing mobile, resident and project engineers throughout the UK, Incentive Tec offers a comprehensive range of building services maintenance and project management capability tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients

With over 30 years of industry experience we are proud to maintain our enviable record for the employment of staff from the local communities we work within. Our low turnover of staff is testament to our commitment to being a great employer. We invest significantly in the training of our operatives in the key disciplines of:

  • Heating – gas, electrical, oil
  • Air conditioning & Refrigeration – design, installation and maintenance
  • Electrical maintenance – installation and testing
  • Project management – CAD design, build and installation
