Claire’s career started within manufacturing, where she qualified as an engineer, and assumed management roles within EH&S and Facilities management.

Joining Incentive in 2014, specialising in hard services within the Leadership team, her skill sets surrounding root cause analysis, lean principles and establishing KPIs to improve performance, were easily transferable. More recently, she has managed the largest Retail contract within the portfolio under a TFM service provision, and manages both Soft and Hard Services, as well as supporting the consultancy business.
