Pall required Incentive FM to establish a maintenance solution, increase productivity, reduce machine down time, improve service levels & subcontractor management, reduce accounts & administration burden, analyse existing procurement arrangements, meet cost reduction objectives, support & manage processes to maintain client held OHSAS18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Incentive FM was awarded a three-year contract with Land Securities in August 2015 to provide the full range of FM services at Bluewater, Europe’s leading retail and leisure destination. The agreement, which can be extended for a further three years, represents the group’s biggest and most significant new business win to date.
Through a team of over 250 guest hosts on site, Incentive FM will provide a full range of technical disciplines including engineering maintenance, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance and environmental management. This one team has a single goal to meet the client aspiration of providing a surprising and memorable experience for Bluewater’s guests.
As of October 2016, Incentive FM are 12 months in to our exciting contract with Empiric Student Property where we provide the full range of TFM services to 25 facilities across the UK as part of the “Hello Student” platform. That equates to accommodation for circa 3,000 students!
There are another 19 planned properties coming on line in the next 12 months so we have developed a regional management and support platform working closely with our client. The team led by Glenn Wilson as Account Director and Nicki North – Key Account Manager.
Incentive FM were awarded a multi-million pound contract in 2015 to provide facilities management services to Addleshaw Goddard, the premium business law firm. This represents the organisation’s first major client win in the legal sector. Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive FM provide a wide range of services incorporating cleaning, waste management, washroom services, window cleaning, pest control, and mechanical and electrical maintenance, project work and associated services. Offices which are serviced under the contract include Milton Gate, the landmark building within the City of London, as well as key locations in Leeds and Manchester.
Incentive FM transferred the pre-existing site facilities team and the incumbent FM suppliers across to its organisation. These conventional FM services include cleaning, maintenance and security operations. The remit was to improve standards and deliver more effective services across the Estate which is home to approximately 300 tenants.
The Contract Commenced service delivery in September 2017. Contract Value £400,000. Currently providing cleaning, window cleaning, pest control and waste management services. 7 full time staff plus Site Manager. Recently extended the contract for a further three years. The Building Iconic building in the centre of Birmingham. Mixed use 25 storey development. 244 apartments. 11,500 square feet of office space. Retail, hotel and restaurant on the 25th floor. Basement gym.
