This contract was awarded to Incentive QAS following competitive tender and consists of daily cleaning of the whole RSC estate, with particular attention to busier periods around performances. Additional periodic and high level cleaning services are also provided, along with washroom hygiene services, pest control and landscaping.
Heron Tower is a multi-tenanted office space of some 46 storeys, where Incentive-QAS provide communal area cleaning for the client, Cushman & Wakefield. Our core team on site comprises of a full time Housekeeping Manager, a site supervisor and a full time day cleaning team, who have all been selected & trained to boost the client’s “six star” service level aspirations.
Supplementing the domestic cleaning team are our in-house window cleaning team who are challenged with scaling the skyscraper’s 700ft exterior to clean the windows and facades.
