Palethorpes Bakery Opts for Incentive Tec at Market Drayton Facility

Incentive Tec, part of leading independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has further strengthened its presence in the food and drink sector after securing the delivery of engineering services to Palethorpes Bakery, part of the Addo Food Group. The company will be delivering a range of dedicated engineering services at the  production facility in Market Drayton.

This new agreement – which represents the first time the two organisations have worked together – incorporates vital M&E and HVAC services.  The support contract will include electrical, refrigeration and pipe-fitting services   They will ensure all existing equipment and infrastructure remains fully functional and compliant with the latest health and safety regulations, whilst also working on any new installations. Outside of regular business hours, Incentive Tec will provide additional 24/7 support from the organisation’s in-house mobile team.

Incentive Tec Secures EPAM Contract

Incentive Tec, part of leading independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has been awarded a contract by property asset management specialists EPAM to provide a comprehensive range of engineering services across a portfolio of prestigious buildings in Manchester and Leeds.

Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive Tec will be delivering vital M&E and HVAC services, whilst ensuring that all safety systems such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems remain fully operational and compliant. The contract covers three properties in Manchester – One King Street (currently occupied by Waterstones), 1 The Avenue, Spinningfields (currently home to Armani, Australasia, CMS Cameron McKenna and Brewin Dolphin), and 3-5 Charlotte St (Bank of East Asia), as well as St Paul’s House in Leeds.

As part of the contract, an Incentive Tec engineer will be based at each site for one day every week, with additional 24/7 support from the organisation’s in-house mobile team, who are strategically placed across the UK.

Our latest M&E WES Group, to merge into Incentive Tec

That will create a single building and M&E services company, Incentive says, in a move designed to improve the customer experience through added convenience.

The integration will enable Incentive Tec to offer its clients a comprehensive range of technical, building maintenance and project management services through a single point of contact, including a range of specialist fire and security services that incorporates access control, fire systems installation and maintenance. The enlarged company will retain more than 170 multi-disciplined engineers providing mobile, resident and project services throughout the UK, operating from four regional offices: Kings Langley, Derby, Weston-super-Mare and Basildon.

Incentive FM Group chairman Jeremy Waud said:

Group Launches Incentive Tec Fire & Security

Incentive FM Group, has launched a new, specialist company which will operate as a subsidiary of Incentive Tec, its building services business. Incentive Tec – Fire & Security Systems Ltd will deliver cost effective and bespoke design, installation and maintenance of life safety systems, focussing on compliance and regulatory requirements for both existing and new customers.

Solutions will include fire and intruder detection and alarms, emergency lighting, access control, CCTV and sprinklers and will be available as a standalone solution or as part of a broader M&E service. The division will also work closely with the company’s manned guarding business Incentive Lynx and their clientbase.

The fire and security systems staff joined the group along with  the company’s acquisition of Weston Electrical Services (WES Group) last year which significantly increased the geographical reach, scale and range of its Incentive Tec business, bringing the total number of multi-skilled mobile engineers the Group now operates to over 140 nationwide, with a further 80 site based technicians. Supporting the relaunch of this business, Incentive Tec will provide training and development opportunities for its existing service teams whilst also looking to strengthen its workforce throughout a number regions of the country.

NEW STRATEGIC ACQUISITION BOOSTS SCALE, REACH AND SERVICES FOR INCENTIVE FM GROUP

Incentive FM Group, the leading independent facilities services company, has acquired a third M&E business in a move that will increase the geographical reach, scale and range of its Incentive Tec business. Weston Electrical Services (WES Group) will work as part of the existing Incentive Tec team, bringing the total number of multi skilled mobile engineers the Group now operates to over 140 nationwide with a further 80 site based technicians, and a turnover in excess of £30m from its M&E business. In addition, WES Group also provides a range of specialist fire and security services, including access control and fire systems installation and maintenance, which will be added to the Group’s portfolio of services.

WES Group has a turnover in excess of £10 million and a strong customer base in the retail and prestigious buildings sectors, working with companies such as Travis Perkins, Dunelm, Argos, Lidl and Homebase. It specialises in all aspects of electrical and mechanical contracting and maintenance. This will complement Incentive Tec’s fully comprehensive range of bespoke building, maintenance and project management services.

WES Group founder John Rogers will be retiring after 32 years, however fellow Directors Ian and Linda Rogers will continue to lead the business and will remain along with all existing staff. The company will continue to operate under its own brand name, reporting into Chris Windass, Managing Director at Incentive Tec. The offices in Weston Super Mare will also be retained as the Incentive Group’s new South West base.
