Incentive FM win Wembley Contract

Incentive FM has been awarded a three year contract to manage the soft services across the 118,000 sq ft Wembley Central Shopping Centre. The Centre which includes 25 retail units, three residential blocks, and a car park, required an industry-leading approach to critical facilities management in order to deliver responsive and cost effective services.

One of the first tasks for Incentive FM was to upgrade security infrastructure to a digital platform and embed sustainable cleaning and security protocols across the sites. The series of upgrades were key to Incentive FM winning the contract supplied by the Centre’s property managers, Fidum Property Management.

Incentive FM will continue to implement the latest innovative security and cleaning systems across the 118,000 square foot site, with high spec innovative equipment provided for the various teams involved in the busy operation. Updating and bolstering the security and surveillance of the vicinity is a key priority for Incentive FM and has already begun.

At One Canada Square we are responsible for the cleaning of all common areas, washrooms and lift lobbies across all 50 floors of the 770 ft
multi-tenanted building. This includes responsibility for the lobby which is 36 feet (11m) high and clad in 90,000 square feet (8,000 m2) of marble and has a restaurant and bar. Other services include all waste segregation for the building tenants plus secure shredding.

A team of 40+ full time employees operate 24/7 to ensure that the 10,000 people who work in the building, along with members of the general public that have access to the ground floor, foyer area and basement levels, can enjoy a clean and safe environment. The team on site include a dedicated periodic team which will provide ongoing specialist cleaning to specific areas.

In addition to the landlord demise contract we also provide a range of cleaning services for the Canary Wharf Group head office which is located in the building.

Incentive FM has secured a new five-year contract with Bluewater.

Incentive FM has secured a new five-year contract with retail and leisure destination Bluewater.

This deal follows “the operational delivery and strategic management of the contract for the last three years”.

Under its terms, Incentive FM will continue to deliver a full portfolio of security, cleaning, mechanical and electrical, concierge, landscaping, and management and administration services at Bluewater, which covers 240 acres at Stone in Kent.

Since the start of the strategic partnership with Bluewater, Incentive FM has consistently adapted its services to fulfil the centre’s needs.

This has included providing innovative solutions, continuous improvement and added value by engaging with – and supporting – development of the skill set of the 300-strong team working on site.

Incentive FM has a long affiliation with Bluewater, working in the early days before the centre opened as FM consultant and adviser to the landlord.

The Nottingham Building Society Renews Contract With Incentive FM

Nottingham Building Society (NBS) has renewed its contract with Incentive FM for a further 3-year term which includes the remit to include its recently expanded network. The deal is worth in excess of £4 million and builds on a 16-year partnership that has consistently delivered high standards and improved efficiencies.

Under the new contract Incentive FM, one of the UK’s leading independent facilities management companies, will continue to handle the facilities management for all NBS locations, constituting over 68 buildings located in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Staffordshire and South Yorkshire.

The fully integrated solution includes all cleaning, security, M&E, building fabrication and maintenance services. In addition, Incentive FM will support all health and safety, fire safety, and water safety requirements across the portfolio. The operation will continue to be supported by a web hosted CAFM help desk system (Concept Evolution) to enable all personnel access to information about asset management and service requirements to further improve communication flows.

AGFA extends contract with Incentive FM

AGFA extends contract with Incentive FM

Agfa Graphics, a leading supplier of digital printing solutions for a wide range of printing applications, has extended its contract with Incentive FM until 2023. The deal, worth in excess of £3.4 million, reflects the strong partnership between the two businesses who have worked collaboratively together since 2010, delivering strong levels of cost control and continuous improvement in service levels.

Incentive FM will remain responsible for providing services to the company’s manufacturing site in Leeds, delivering all cleaning, security, building and grounds maintenance and waste management.  The scope also includes all goods in and out, some mechanical & electrical services, warehousing and catering.
