The Revo ACE Awards is the UK’s leading award programme for customer service in the retail property industry. These awards set the benchmarks in the industry and ensure widespread industry recognition.
The awards for customer service within the retail sector were held in Brighton last week, and a great evening was had by all in attendance.

Bluewater’s Guest service win’s top awards on national basis.
Bluewater took 2 of the 9 individual awards at the Revo Customer Experience Awards, staged recently in Brighton. Both Jolene Allen (Concierge) and Madani Sayed (Security) achieved 100% on two mystery visits. They were complimented on their engaging style and pro-active approach to customer experience.
Tasmin Ludlow was also shortlisted at the ceremony for the real added service she brings within the Baby Changing facility.
