Martin Reed

Martin joined Incentive in 2006 following a long career in the parcels and logistics sector. In his previous roles Martin spearheaded a drive for improved customer satisfaction through the development of 360 degree measurement of service delivery and effectiveness.

After a period as Commercial Director in 2011 Martin took up the position of Managing Director of Incentive FM where he developed the businesses ‘Freedom within a Framework’ management model empowering teams to go out and be the best they can be.

He took up his role as Group MD in August 2014 and remains directly involved with all elements of the client facing business ensuring he understands the real needs of our diverse client base.
